We only handle goods that are legally permitted to be received, held, and redistributed. Restricted, hazardous, or prohibited goods are not accepted under any circumstances. Please contact us before shipping to confirm your product is suitable.

Yes. While a large portion of our clients ship from China, we work with suppliers from any country. As long as the goods are legally importable and permitted under our operations, we can receive and process them.

Yes. After customs clearance, if your goods need to go to another country or region, we coordinate onward shipment through trusted carrier partners. We handle documentation and logistics coordination — you don't need to find another agent.

Yes. This is a separate arm of our business. We source, prepare, and export scrap metal (ferrous and non-ferrous) and used investment casting wax to international buyers. Contact us with your requirements, quantity, and destination for a quote.

Typically we need a commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading or airway bill from your supplier. For customs clearance we may also need a certificate of origin depending on the goods. We will guide you through exactly what is needed once we understand your shipment.
